WHY?

“Why pay for a program when free ones exist?” I asked myself the same question when I started. The answer: free “programs” are generally not complete; they may have a basic framework but don’t contain nearly enough info and guidance to maximize your true potential.

“Why my programs?” In order to continually improve, you have to consistently challenge the body with new workouts (ie. no copy/paste week to week). Every exercise of every day was crafted to put your body to the test. A library of almost 100 videos is incorporated, to teach you tips and tricks, essentially acting as a “virtual trainer” for every workout.

Many years of knowledge, continual improvement, and research from outside sources helped to create these programs into what they are today. My clients’ feedback and my own personal experience are proof that these programs are the best and most challenging today.
